Carnival Cruise Line is expanding its Baltimore cruise program with the addition of Carnival Luminosa, giving travelers more options for sailing from the Mid-Atlantic beginning in November 2028. The ship will arrive following a dry dock and join Carnival Miracle, offering six- to 14-day cruises to destinations across the Bahamas, Bermuda, Canada and the Caribbean.
